At Cornerstone Coatings LLC, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the coating systems we install. Our warranty coverage is designed to provide clear protection and confidence in your investment.
1-Year Concrete Coating Warranty
Cornerstone Coatings LLC provides a 1-year workmanship warranty covering defects directly related to our installation. This includes workmanship associated with surface preparation and application of the coating system. If a covered workmanship issue occurs during the warranty period, Cornerstone Coatings will evaluate the affected area and provide the appropriate corrective action at no additional labor cost to the customer.
7-Year Materials Warranty
Applicable coating materials are backed by a 7-year materials warranty against qualifying manufacturer defects, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable product warranty. Material warranty coverage is separate from Cornerstone Coatings LLC’s workmanship warranty and applies only to eligible materials installed as part of the contracted coating system.
Exclusions & Limitations
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, structural movement or cracking of the underlying concrete, moisture-related conditions originating from the concrete or substrate, or conditions beyond the intended use of the installed coating system. Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or exposure exceeding the limitations of the installed product is also excluded. Manufacturer material warranties remain subject to the manufacturer’s applicable terms and exclusions.
Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, contact Cornerstone Coatings LLC with your project information and a description of the concern. Photos may be requested to assist with the initial evaluation. We will inspect or evaluate the affected area to determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage. If approved, Cornerstone Coatings will coordinate the appropriate corrective action in accordance with the applicable workmanship or materials warranty.
